Returns, exchanges and defective products

Returns
- Please note that we cannot accept returns of products due to personal reasons (difference in image, wrong order, etc.)
・We only accept returns in the following cases:
[1] If you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered
[2] If we determine that the product is defective
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us via the inquiry form within 5 days of receiving the product .
Exchange
If we determine that the product is defective, we will exchange it for the same product.
≪Defective product≫
We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products and their packaging and shipping, but if you find any problems with the product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

※About the cooling-off system※
Under the Specified Commercial Transactions Act, sales on this site are not subject to the cooling-off period.
The cooling-off period is a system designed to protect customers from forced sales, such as door-to-door sales, and does not apply to mail order sales (including internet sales) where customers can consider purchasing of their own volition.

Please note that even if you return the product in accordance with our designated procedures, we may refuse to accept the return or exchange if we determine that the actual condition of the product differs from the information you provided in advance.

■ Return and exchange process

[1] Please contact us via the inquiry form within 5 days of receiving the product .
*If you return a product without contacting us in advance, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange. Please note that we will not accept returned products.
(2) Please return the product within three days of receiving our reply. If you would like a refund, please include your bank account information in the email we send you.
[3] After confirming that the product has arrived at our company, we will ship the product within 7 business days in the case of an exchange, or within 14 business days in the case of a refund.

■ Important points to note regarding packaging and shipping methods when returning items

[1] When returning the product, please be sure to use a tracking and insured shipping method (there is no need to specify the shipping company).
Example: Yu-Pack, Takkyubin, Hikyaku Takkyubin, etc.
[2] You do not need to use the original packaging materials used when shipping the product, but please use strong packaging that will prevent water damage and maintain the condition of the product, such as cardboard or paper bags that fit the size of the product, so that the packaging will be in the same condition as when the product was shipped.
(3) Please refrain from returning the product by attaching the shipping label directly to the product.
(4) If the condition of the product at the time of return is deemed to be significantly different from when it was delivered, we will refuse to accept the return or exchange.
[5] Please be careful not to include personal items in the package. If personal items are included, they may be disposed of without prior notice or consent.

[6] Please note that if the shipping method or packaging condition at the time of return does not meet the above conditions, we will not be able to accept any returns or exchanges.
*Customers are solely responsible for any delivery issues (loss, damage, etc.) that occur when using delivery methods that cannot be tracked or that do not provide compensation, such as mail delivery or non-standard mail, as well as any damage or soiling that occurs when the package is not properly packaged.

■ Regarding non-delivery of products due to long-term absence or refusal to receive the product

If you are not at home If we are unable to deliver the product because you are not at home, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox. Please have the delivery notice ready and request redelivery from Yamato Transport.
If you are unable to collect your parcel within the storage period, please prepare the tracking number listed in the shipping completion notification email and contact Yamato Transport (it may be possible to redeliver your parcel after the storage period has expired).
・If you are unable to receive the parcel due to a long absence, refusal to receive it, or an unknown address
If you are not able to collect your parcel within the storage period set by Yamato Transport due to reasons such as prolonged absence, refusal to accept delivery, or unknown address, the parcel will be automatically returned to our store.
In this case, we will charge you for the costs incurred in returning the product (round-trip shipping and handling fees), the cost of packaging materials, and any other damages incurred by our company.
If you wish to have the product re-sent, a re-shipping fee will be charged in addition to the return shipping fee. In this case, we will contact you separately with details on the re-shipping fee.

※Note※
-When placing an order, please be sure to check your address number, building name, room number, etc. and register the correct address.
・If you have to go out suddenly and will be away for an extended period of time
If you have to leave suddenly after placing your order and shipping and are unable to receive your package, please check the tracking number in the shipping completion email and contact Yamato Transport.
・Regarding shipping charges in the event of a long-term absence or cancellation due to refusal to receive the item
If the item is canceled after shipping due to a long absence or refusal to accept it, round-trip shipping fees will be charged.

Even for items with free shipping, shipping charges will still be incurred, which we will pay to the shipping company. In this case, we will charge you the total amount including the round-trip shipping fee and handling fee.
*In mail order sales, the purchaser is deemed to have the intention to purchase and pay for the product at the time of ordering, and the Mail Order Sales Act comes into effect, with both parties assuming responsibility for sales and purchases.

■ About canceling your order

Once your order is confirmed, you can cancel it within 1 hour.
